Licensed Alaska Engineer Needed to Review & Stamp Small Cottage House Plan

Project Description

I am looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Alaska who can review, verify, and stamp my 20' x 24' cottage house plans.

The goal is to ensure the cottage design meets the required engineering standards and local building requirements before moving forward with construction.

Scope of Work
Review existing 20' x 24' cottage plans
Check structural and engineering details
Provide recommendations or necessary adjustments
Stamp/seal the approved drawings where applicable
Ensure the plans are suitable for permitting and construction purposes

Preferred Qualifications
Active Alaska Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Experience with residential cottages, cabins, or small homes
Knowledge of Alaska building codes and construction requirements
Experience reviewing and approving residential structural plans
Ability to provide professional engineering documentation
