Project Description

We are looking for individuals, companies, and data providers who can supply English-language transcripts of real business meeting conversations.

We are particularly interested in transcripts from Microsoft Teams meetings, although transcripts from other business communication platforms are also welcome.

Data Requirements
- Language: English
- Data Type: Business meeting conversation transcripts
- Preferred Source: Microsoft Teams
- Other Accepted Sources: Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, and other business meeting platforms
- Content: Corporate discussions, team meetings, project updates, brainstorming sessions, management meetings, client discussions, etc.
- Format: TXT, DOCX, PDF, CSV, JSON, or other structured formats
- Speaker Identification: Speaker labels or diarization are preferred.
- Platform Tagging: The source platform must be identified for each transcript or dataset.

What We Expect

Please share the following information in your proposal:

1. Estimated volume of English transcripts available.
2. Source platforms (Microsoft Teams preferred).
3. Sample transcripts for initial quality evaluation.
4. Available file formats and whether speaker labels are included.
5. Confirmation that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share and license the data for AI training purposes.
6. Expected pricing and licensing terms.

We are interested in establishing a potential paid data-licensing collaboration with suitable providers.
