I need comprehensive thesis chapters on "Small modular reactors and their compatibility with existing international civil liability regimes for nuclear damage"
Hello, I can't seem to finish this paper, "Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Their Compatibility with Current International Nuclear Civil Liability Regimes." The university's requirements are 50-70 pages. The paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter is already written in English. However, the second and third chapters, which contain conclusions, are not. The first part simply analyzes and describes existing conventions on civil liability for nuclear damage. The second chapter should explain what SMRs are and the differences between them, as well as the legal differences. The third chapter should consider the question of whether SMRs require a different liability regime than large reactors, since SMRs are smaller and safer. Furthermore, with large reactors, the reactor operators are always at fault, and all liability lies with them. What if, due to the differences between SMRs and large reactors, different liability could be imposed—perhaps the designers, the supplier, or a hybrid type of liability? And the conclusion.
Requirements:
- Chapter 2 should be if there is any legal deifferences between SMR and big reactors, whats the difference and how law sees SMR
- Explain how treaties apply to SMRs.
- CHAPTER 3 should be about if there should be other liability regime for SMR realted activities if damage occur because of it. And why it should have different liability regime than conventional reactors refering to chapter 2 and their differences at this part
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in international nuclear law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze and explain complex treaties.
- Experience with academic thesis development.
Freelancers with relevant legal backgrounds are encouraged to bid.
