LearnWorlds Custom Dashboard Development

I run a LearnWorlds-based school and have outgrown the default reporting pages. My immediate goal is to add bespoke user dashboards that surface the exact metrics my learners, instructors, and admins want to see—right inside the LearnWorlds interface.

Scope of work
• Extend LearnWorlds through its APIs, web hooks, or embeddable widgets to pull real-time course progress, completion badges, and community interactions.
• Design a clean, responsive dashboard layout that matches my current theme so users feel they never leave the platform.
• Build role-based views (learner / instructor / admin) with configurable widgets.
• Ensure the feature scales smoothly and remains upgrade-safe whenever LearnWorlds rolls out new releases.

Tooling & integrations
JavaScript (React or Vue preferred), HTML/CSS, LearnWorlds API, and whatever lightweight backend you recommend for any extra processing. If a third-party charting library such as Chart.js or Highcharts makes sense, please include that in your plan.

Acceptance criteria
1. Dashboards load inside LearnWorlds without additional log-ins.
2. Data refreshes automatically or on manual reload, with no more than a two-second delay.
3. Role-based permissions prevent cross-viewing of private data.
4. Full hand-off documentation: code repo, API endpoints used, and a short video walk-through.

Once these dashboards are live I’ll test them with a pilot group; after sign-off, we can explore further custom features such as interactive leaderboards.
