Lead Our Outbound SDR Team

I need an experienced outbound sales leader to take full ownership of a small SDR unit that targets small businesses exclusively. Our reps already work with proven contact lists and modern dialer and email tools; what we lack is a hands-on coach who can tighten daily execution and lift conversion rates from both cold calls and structured email outreach.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Shape and refine call scripts and email sequences that resonate with small-business decision makers.
• Set clear daily/weekly activity goals, listen to live calls, and deliver actionable coaching in real time.
• Track performance in our CRM, report on KPIs, and iterate quickly when something isn’t working.
• Keep morale high through constructive feedback, role-playing sessions, and transparent results dashboards.
