About us
We are a digital growth agency. We have been in business for six years. We build and run websites, apps, automations, Social Media, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo email marketing and Google Business Profile management for our clients.
What makes us different from most agencies our size is how the team is structured. Nobody here covers two disciplines. The people running Meta Ads run only Meta Ads. The people building Klaviyo flows build only Klaviyo flows. The developers build. Each client is handled by specialists in their own field, not by one generalist stretched across five channels.
We have the delivery capacity to take on significantly more clients than we currently have. What we need now is meetings.
The role
You book qualified meetings into our calendar. That is the job.
You will not run the meetings. We will give you a booking link to our calendar, the prospect books a slot, and our team takes it from there. Your work ends at the confirmed booking.
You are responsible for the outreach itself: finding prospects, contacting them, handling replies and getting them to book. How you do that is largely up to you, which is why we want to hear your plan before we hire.
Who we want to meet
Companies with roughly 1,000,000 to 9,000,000 USD in annual revenue
Ecommerce and D2C brands in particular, since that is where our Klaviyo and paid social work performs best
Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) and the wider European market
Businesses already spending on marketing, not businesses starting from zero
Compensation
We want to pay a fixed weekly rate tied to an agreed number of booked meetings per week.
We are not going to name that number for you. Part of your application is telling us how many meetings per week you believe you can realistically produce, and what weekly rate you want for delivering them. Be honest rather than impressive. We would rather agree on a number you can hit every week than a number you hit once.
Strong performance leads to a larger volume agreement and a longer contract. We are looking for someone to work with over time, not for one campaign.
What your application must contain
We are open to your ideas on how to book these meetings. Tell us:
How you would approach this. Which channels, which sequence, what your first message to a prospect actually looks like. Write the message, do not describe it.
How you would build the prospect list and qualify a company before contacting it.
How many meetings per week you can deliver, and your weekly rate for that volume.
What you have booked before. Industry, volume, and what the show rate was.
Which languages you work in.
One more thing
Every application that is clearly an automated or templated reply will be ignored without response. We read every real application. To show us you read this one, start your message with the word SPECIALISTS.
