Lead Generation & Appointment Setter for Australian Web Design Agency -- 2

I run Kallio Studio, an Australian web design business specialising in fast, affordable websites for small businesses.

Our main offer is a $999 professional website package, including a first draft within 24 hours, revisions and fast turnaround.

I’m looking for an experienced lead generation / appointment setting specialist who can actively find Australian small businesses that are genuinely interested in a new website or website redesign.
I am not looking for a spreadsheet of scraped leads. I want someone who can prospect, contact potential clients and generate real conversations, enquiries or booked appointments that I can then take over and close.
Potential channels could include cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, phone or other legitimate B2B prospecting methods.

I’m open to a performance-based arrangement, including payment per qualified appointment and/or commission for every paying client generated.
This can become an ongoing long-term role if you can consistently generate quality opportunities.
