I need a performance marketer who can take full ownership of my Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts. On the Meta side the single focus is lead generation—cost-per-lead must fall while volume rises. For Google, the objective shifts to pure sales and conversions, so ROAS and CPA are the key success metrics.
The campaigns are already live but under-performing. I’ll grant access to Business Manager, Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager. You will be expected to audit the current structure, rebuild where necessary, craft new creatives and copy, set up accurate conversion tracking, launch A/B tests and keep refining bids, audiences and placements.
Deliverables
• Initial audit with actionable checklist
• Re-structured Meta and Google campaigns aligned to each funnel stage
• Fresh ad creatives (static, carousel or short-form video) and search ad copy
• Fully verified pixel, GTM and GA4 conversion events
• Weekly performance report outlining CPL, CPA, ROAS and next steps
Acceptance Criteria
Campaigns should achieve a minimum 20% drop in CPL on Meta and a 25% increase in ROAS on Google within the first 30 days, backed by transparent reporting from platform dashboards.
If you’re fluent in Ads Manager, Power Editor, Google Ads Editor and GA4, and you thrive on data-driven optimisation, I’m ready to start immediately and share account access.
