Law Firm LinkedIn Profiles

I need a professional LinkedIn profile for my law firm and individual profiles for our employees. The primary goal is to showcase our expertise. Securities law is a very specialized area and there are only 9 firms that do it. Have attached an example of what we would like our profile to look like. Obviously, it needs to be different but that is the look we want.
