Our agency will be running a series of in-person workshops for police investigators and digital-evidence technicians who rely on a cloud-based SaaS platform. The sessions must dive deep into data management—specifically:
• Data privacy and security regulations that govern criminal investigations
• Practical data analytics workflows for evidence triage and reporting
• Day-to-day database maintenance to keep the system fast, searchable, and audit-ready
Each workshop should combine clear explanations, live demonstrations inside the SaaS environment, and plenty of Q&A time so officers feel confident applying what they learn on the job. Printed or digital handouts, slide decks, and lab exercises are expected so participants can revisit the material after class.
Deliverables
• Detailed agenda broken into modules and time blocks
• Slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) with speaker notes
• Step-by-step lab guide using the actual SaaS interface
• Quick-reference sheets on privacy requirements and maintenance routines
• Post-training knowledge check (quiz or practical assessment)
Acceptance criteria
1. Content aligns with current data-privacy statutes and internal policy documents we will provide.
2. Hands-on labs function on standard issue police laptops running Windows 11.
3. All materials delivered at least one week before the first workshop for internal review.
Training will take place on-site at two regional offices; travel dates will be finalized once the outline is approved. Share your experience with me and start the application with SAAS. If you can supplement the live sessions with brief follow-up calls or office hours, note that in your proposal.
