• Locate homeowners, Realtors, Airbnb hosts, property managers, offices and small businesses that match our ideal client
• Handle outreach, follow-ups and appointment scheduling
• Book qualified on-site or virtual estimates directly into my calendar

I remain the primary owner of every account; you receive manager access only.
