Launch and Scale UK Pet Shopify

I'm looking for an experienced e-commerce and dropshipping specialist to help me successfully launch and grow a UK-based Shopify store in the pet accessories niche.

I have already started building my Shopify store and establishing the brand, but I'm looking for someone with proven experience who can work alongside me to identify profitable products, source reliable suppliers and develop an effective marketing strategy.

What I need assistance with:

1. Winning Product Research

- Identify trending, high-demand pet accessories with strong sales potential.
- Research competitors, market demand and successful advertising campaigns.
- Find products with healthy profit margins, ideally capable of achieving a 3–5x markup.
- Focus on products that solve genuine customer problems and have strong advertising potential.

2. China Supplier Sourcing & Fulfilment

- Find reliable Chinese manufacturers, suppliers or sourcing agents.
- Negotiate competitive product and shipping prices.
- Source high-quality products with reasonable UK delivery times.
- Assist with AliExpress, DSers, CJdropshipping or suitable alternatives.
- Explore private labelling and branded packaging opportunities as the business grows.

3. Shopify Store Development

- Help optimise my existing Shopify store for conversions.
- Improve product pages, descriptions, pricing and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure the store looks professional, trustworthy and suitable for UK customers.
- Assist with product imports, fulfilment integrations and launch preparation.

4. Advertising & Marketing

- Develop and implement effective Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising strategies.
- Research successful competitors and advertising creatives.
- Assist with ad creatives, audience targeting, testing and optimisation.
- Focus on profitable customer acquisition and sustainable growth rather than simply generating traffic.

5. Ongoing Business Support

- Provide guidance throughout the launch process.
- Help analyse results, identify improvements and scale successful products.
- Potential for an ongoing working relationship if we achieve positive results.

Who I'm looking for:

Ideally, someone with proven experience launching and scaling Shopify dropshipping businesses, particularly in the UK market.

Experience with Chinese sourcing, pet products and Meta advertising would be a significant advantage.
