Salary: USD $1,200-$2,500 per month
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Conducting research, preparing reports, and managing expenses
Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries
Providing administrative support and assisting with personal tasks
Qualifications:
2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
WFH Set-up Requirements:
A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later.
A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option.
A functional noise-canceling headset.
A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
