Laravel ClickHouse Scaling Upgrade

I need an experienced engineer to help me push my existing Laravel-based email-sending platform to the next tier of throughput so it comfortably handles a much higher message volume without faltering. The application already delivers messages successfully; the challenge now is keeping performance predictable as traffic climbs.

The work revolves around three pillars:
• Architecture – review the current Laravel queue, worker, and scheduler setup, then redesign or refactor it so additional nodes can be added painlessly. Horizontal scaling experience with Redis, SQS, or a comparable queue is important.
• Data – optimise the ClickHouse cluster (schema design, partitioning, sharding, replication) to ensure write bursts from millions of new rows per hour stay sub-second while analytic reads remain fast.
• Reliability – introduce health checks, rate-limit safeguards, and observability (Grafana / Prometheus or similar) so we catch bottlenecks early and recover automatically after spikes.

Deliverables
1. Updated Laravel codebase and infrastructure scripts (Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent) reflecting the new scalable design.
2. Migration or upgrade guide so deployment into staging and production is straightforward.
3. A load-test report demonstrating the platform sustaining the agreed target messages-per-minute figure with no degradation in delivery success rate.
4. Concise documentation covering ClickHouse tuning choices, queue configuration, and monitoring dashboards.

Acceptance is based on successfully sending the negotiated volume in a controlled test and passing code review for readability, security, and maintainability.
