We require a qualified Landscape Architect to prepare a fully coordinated, construction-ready landscape masterplan for a 1,331 m² residential property in Waikiki, Perth, Western Australia.
We will provide a detailed surveyed site plan, a colour-marked area plan, current photographs and available drawings for the existing house, proposed granny flat and proposed shed.
The design includes:
New attached two-car carport and maximum practical front parking.
New pathways and coordinated access between different levels.
Tropical-style, low-maintenance garden beds with selected existing plants retained.
In-ground trampoline and Funky Monkey Bars with heat-conscious artificial turf.
Paths to the granny flat, upper chicken/garden-shed area and sunken fireplace.
Oval sunken fireplace with north, south and east access.
A 1.5–2.0 metre grapevine garden arch between the granny flat and shed.
Artificial-turf futsal and agility area between the granny flat and shed.
New planting along the southern fence.
Integrated drainage, irrigation and exterior lighting.
The final package must include construction drawings, dimensions, levels, sections, planting plans, full plant schedule, irrigation plan, lighting plan, material schedule, quantity take-off, approximate labour hours, construction details, 3D visualisations and editable DWG/3D/Excel files.
The existing house, pool, proposed granny flat and proposed shed must remain in their documented locations.
Applicants must provide a recognised Landscape Architecture qualification, examples of comparable residential construction-documentation projects, a sample drawing set, methodology, fixed fee, timeline, revision allowance and clear exclusions.
Applications providing only concept images or garden-rendering services will not be considered.
