Our three-day commercial advert is locked for October 7-9 in Los Angeles, and I need a solid on-set team to keep everything running smoothly.
Production Manager
I’m counting on you to own the master schedule, coordinate vendors and crew, track our modest line items, and stay hands-on during the shoot for real-time problem solving. If you’re comfortable balancing scheduling and coordination, budget management, and on-site supervision, you’ll fit right in. Flat rate for the three days is $850.
Production Assistants
I’m bringing on several PAs at $250 each for the run. Your focus will be equipment set-up and breakdown, handling logistics (runs, paperwork, crafty), and generally backing up every department that needs a quick hand.
Key details
• Shoot dates: Sat 10/7 – Mon 10/9
• Location: Central Los Angeles set and nearby exterior spots
• Call times: approx. 8 a.m.-7 p.m. (final call sheet to follow)
• Gear: standard RED/Arri package with G&E truck – familiarity a plus but not mandatory for PAs
• Payment: via invoice within 48 hours of wrap
