I have a single 20–30-minute recording that I need transcribed for a legal matter. The file is predominantly in English but slips into Korean at several points, so I’m looking for someone comfortable moving seamlessly between the two languages.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Work directly from my supplied audio (standard MP3) and capture every meaningful line in both English and Korean.
• Produce a “clean verbatim” transcript—keep the original wording yet strip out filler sounds, false starts, and off-topic chatter so the document reads clearly while still standing up to legal scrutiny.
• Highlight any legal terminology or potentially significant phrases exactly as spoken.
• Deliver the final transcript as a professionally formatted PDF.
Acceptance criteria
• Both the Korean and English passages are represented accurately, with speaker labels where clarity demands it.
• Time-stamps are inserted at least every 30 seconds or at each topic shift—whichever feels more natural on review.
• No unexplained gaps: if a portion is unintelligible, mark it with a brief note and time-stamp.
• Document passes a quick spot-check against the audio for accuracy and smooth readability.
Once assigned, I’ll share the audio immediately and would like the finished PDF back within 48 hours, although let me know if you need slightly longer.
