KL Developer For Investment Web App

I’m building a browser-based interactive tool that teaches the fundamentals of investing through hands-on practice rather than passive reading. The core experience will let learners experiment with simulated portfolios, see real-time feedback, and track their personal progress as they unlock new modules. To keep things simple for my users, authentication will be handled with a straightforward email login flow.
Because the subject matter is nuanced, I’d like to sit down face-to-face in Kuala Lumpur during requirements gathering and at each major milestone. A portion of the RM20,000 budget can be released at those checkpoints once we both confirm the build is on track.
Key deliverables
• Fully responsive web app with investment scenario simulation engine
• Progress-tracking dashboard tied to each user account
• Clean email sign-up / sign-in, complete with forgot-password workflow
• Admin interface so I can upload new lessons and tweak simulation parameters without touching code
• Source code, documentation, and deployment scripts ready for a standard cloud stack (AWS, Vercel, or similar)
I’m happy to discuss tech choices—React, Vue, or another modern framework for the front end, and any reliable back-end (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.)—as long as the final product feels seamless and loads quickly on desktop and mobile.
If you’re based in the Klang Valley and comfortable collaborating in person for the critical sessions, let’s talk timelines and the first milestone.
