Kiosk AI Avatar with Admin Panel

I need to deploy a kiosk-sized, HeyGen-powered avatar that greets visitors, answers their questions and provides product information in real time. The agent must listen and speak in both Arabic and English, so seamless voice-to-text and text-to-voice integration is essential.

The user experience starts with a short introduction video, then hands over to the live avatar. Everything runs locally on the kiosk: no reliance on external screens or cloud playback once the system is installed.

Behind the scenes I want a secure web-based admin panel where I can:
• create and manage users and roles
• update the avatar’s knowledge base and scripted content
• view usage metrics, conversation logs, and visual dashboards for reporting and analytics
• run troubleshooting tools that help me diagnose latency, mic input, or network issues quickly

Delivery expectations
• Fully functional kiosk application and admin panel handed over within 3 working days
• Clear deployment script so I can reinstall or update on any Windows or Linux kiosk PC
• Source code, API keys abstracted to config, and concise documentation
• Three months of post-launch technical support and iterative enhancements included in the agreement
