1. PROJECT SUMMARY
Kings For Chess will be developed as a complete online chess platform for Website, iOS and Android, built with a scalable architecture and designed to support the client's long-term vision.
The project will include the following major components:
● Online competitive and casual chess
● Chess games against bots
● Standard and Advanced Post-Match Analysis
● Stockfish-powered chess engine
● AI Chess Coach and player improvement insights
● Comprehensive tournament system
● Chess variants including; game 1: EV Chess (No check nor checkmate) and game 2: Draw-Penalty Chess (lower ranked player gains greater points while the higher ranked player loses more points)
● Player profiles, ratings, rankings and statistics
● Puzzle (import from Lichess 1.8 million) and training system
● Premium membership system
● Custom chess pieces, boards and backgrounds
● Anti-cheat and fair-play system
● Admin and moderation dashboard
● AWS hosting, security and scalable infrastructure
● Website and mobile applications developed together
● Target architecture for up to 60,000 concurrent users
● Colourful and modern website design
● 60-second animated chess landing-page visual with changing chess-piece colours approximately every 5 seconds
● A very colourful website
The website and mobile applications will use the same backend infrastructure so that users, games, ratings, memberships, tournaments and analysis remain synchronized across platforms.
The project will be developed over an estimated 9-12-week period followed by 1 month of free maintenance and support.

Payment Process
Each milestone will be reviewed and demonstrated upon completion. Once the agreed milestone deliverables are completed and approved, the corresponding milestone payment will be released before proceeding to the next milestone.

Post-Launch Maintenance: 1 Month Free Maintenance
The 1 month maintenance period will cover bug fixes, application issues, all AWS/application maintenance and launch-related technical support. Major new features or changes outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.
