Kinaxis RapidResponse One-on-One Training

I am preparing to step into Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects and need a trainer who is comfortable teaching at an intermediate level. The focus is practical, hands-on guidance rather than theory: I want to be able to walk into a client site and configure, integrate, and demonstrate value with confidence.

Key coverage areas
• Data integration – mapping, loading, and validating data from ERP and other sources
• Supply chain management workflows – configuring planning tables, what-if scenarios, and key metrics
• User interface & experience – tailoring worksheets, dashboards, and alerts so end users adopt the system quickly

Sessions will be strictly one-on-one, delivered online (Zoom, Teams, or similar). My expectation is a structured learning path broken into manageable topics, each with live demos, quick exercises, and homework I can practice between meetings. I am aiming for two to three sessions per week over roughly six weeks, but I’m flexible if you suggest a better pace.

Deliverables
1. A written outline of the training program before we begin
2. Session recordings and any working files or templates used
3. Short assignments with solutions for each major topic
4. A final mock implementation walkthrough where I drive the system while you observe and coach

Acceptance criteria
• I can import a new data set, resolve errors, and refresh planning tables without assistance
• I can configure and test a simple supply chain scenario, interpret results, and present recommendations
• I can customize a dashboard and share it with role-based users
