Kids Story Videos: Creative Editing

Each week I supply raw narration, illustrations, and occasional green-screen shots for a 3–5-minute children’s story. Your task is to weave them into a bright, fun short-form video that will hold a child’s attention from the first frame.

I favour slide transitions as the main connective tissue between scenes, but feel free to sprinkle in other playful moves wherever they help the flow. An upbeat, energetic music bed should sit underneath the narration, with sound effects timed to actions or page turns to keep the pace lively. Colourful text call-outs, simple on-screen animations, and any extra visual candy that feels age-appropriate are welcome.

Smooth editing for Reels/Shorts is a big plus because the stories are destined for social platforms, so punchy pacing and smart cropping are important. Fast turnaround and clear, timely communication matter just as much as technical skill—I often work to tight publishing calendars.

Deliverables:
• One polished 1080p (or higher) MP4 per story, fully mixed and ready to upload.
• All associated project files so that small tweaks can be made in the future.
