I need the official character design and model sheet for our brand mascot, "Axel the Rottie" (a cute baby Rottweiler for a preschool brand).

Required Tasks & Deliverables:
1. 2D Vector Character Design: Pixar-style aesthetic, soft shapes, big sparkling eyes, green collar, and a tan heart-shaped mark on chest.
2. Character Turnaround Sheet: Clean vector views from 4 angles (Front, Side, Back, 3/4 view).
3. Facial Expressions: 4 distinct expressions (Happy, Curious, Laughing, Excited).
4. Official Style Guide: Defined HEX color palette for all elements.
5. Editable Master Files: Layered vector source files (.AI, .EPS, or layered .PSD) plus high-res transparent PNGs.
6. Full IP Agreement: 100% full commercial copyright transfer (Work-for-hire).
