I need a production-ready KiCad project that captures the entire electronics of a low-power Wi-Fi/BLE smart safety watch. The schematic must pull together every subsystem – radio, sensing, power and user-interface – into one cohesive, ERC-clean design I can take straight into layout once I sign off.
Core hardware blocks you must include
• Dual-mode Wi-Fi + Bluetooth LE module
• MEMS microphone and compact camera for image & audio capture
• 6-axis IMU with fall/motion-detection interrupt lines
• SOS trigger circuitry and vibration motor / buzzer driver
• Color display interface, external flash and USB-to-UART/USB-C charging port
• Li-ion cell, charger IC, fuel-gauge, power-tree with deep-sleep rails
• Robust OTA firmware-update paths (boot pins, reset, strapping, etc.)
The most critical functionality is rock-solid wireless connectivity working hand-in-hand with camera, microphone, OTA, SOS and fall-detection features, so please route those pins and supporting passives with extra care and leave clear notes where RF or power integrity is sensitive.
Deliverables I expect
• Editable KiCad 6/7 schematic file set, ERC-clean
• Complete pin map and interface list
• Preliminary BOM with part numbers and key specs
• Hierarchical power-tree diagram showing all rails and quiescent currents
• RF and power design notes (PDF or within the schematic) focused on layout guidelines
• Detailed documentation of every schematic connection so firmware can begin immediately
Do not begin PCB layout until I give written approval.
When you send your proposal, I will prioritise bids that showcase previous wearable or IoT work, outline your chosen MCU / radio platform, explain how you will integrate the camera and mic, describe your OTA approach, provide a realistic timeline and demonstrate clear KiCad experience.
I’m ready to move quickly once the right engineer is on board.
