Kenyan Operations Audit Consultant

My company in Kenya needs a thorough operational audit that zeroes in on our staff roles, day-to-day workflows, and overall productivity. The immediate task is to map every internal process, highlight role overlaps or gaps, measure how efficiently work moves from one person to the next, and uncover any bottlenecks that hold back performance.

You will have access to our managers, front-line staff, policy manuals, time-tracking data, and performance metrics. By combining interviews, on-site observation, and data analysis, I expect you to build a clear picture of how work is really getting done, then translate your findings into practical, step-by-step improvements. Familiarity with frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-mapping tools will help you get up to speed quickly, but what matters most is your ability to tailor solutions to the Kenyan business environment.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A concise audit report summarising current workflows, efficiency gaps, and root causes
• Visual process maps that illustrate existing and proposed flows
• A prioritised action plan with quick wins and longer-term initiatives, each tagged with estimated time, cost, and projected impact
• A short slide deck I can present to my leadership team, highlighting key findings and recommendations
