Kent Plumbing Apprenticeship Outcomes

I’m putting together a concise evidence-based overview of how well plumbing apprentices in Kent transition into work. The single metric I care about is job placement rates, broken out year-by-year for the last five years.

Your task is to locate reliable data—government apprenticeship statistics, local college reports, trade association surveys, or any other verifiable source—and translate it into a clear narrative and simple figures that show trends across 2019-2023 (or the most recent five-year window for which data exists). When numbers cannot be found, I need you to note that gap and suggest why the data might be unavailable.

Deliverables:
• A short report (Word or PDF) summarising findings, key insights, and any notable fluctuations in placement success
• A table or spreadsheet with the raw year-specific placement percentages and the corresponding source for each entry
• A reference list with live links or full citations so figures can be audited quickly

I don’t require salary figures, admission criteria, or broader career-progression commentary—only job placement outcomes. Accuracy and source transparency are critical; please keep any narrative explanations tight and free of padding so stakeholders can grasp the picture at a glance.
