* Anchor credential proofs on Kaspa using UTXOs and SilverScript covenants.
* Support educational diplomas, transcripts and certificates.
* Institution workflow to issue and revoke credentials.
* Student workflow to download/share credential proofs.
* Public verification portal where users can enter a credential hash and verify authenticity.
* Display verification status, timestamp, blockchain transaction/hash and tamper-proof evidence.
* Verification target: under 3 seconds.
* One-click issuance should create a verifiable Kaspa transaction.
* All three credential types should work end-to-end without manual intervention.
* Provide complete source code, covenant scripts and clear README/setup documentation.
* Developer should have demonstrated Kaspa, SilverScript, UTXO or comparable blockchain experience.
