Karaoke-Ready Vocal Removal

I am looking for someone to create instrumental tracks by removing the vocals from songs. The result should be clean enough for karaoke or practice. The songs I am wanting the vocals removed from do not have a copyright, so there is no copyright infringement to worry about. It would be ideal if they were also able to transcribe the music so I could get the chord changes to have musicians learn the songs as well. And, of course, I am willing to pay for these services.

Requirements:
- Provide a link to the song online
- Deliver a high-quality instrumental track

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with audio editing
- Familiarity with vocal removal software
- Ability to deliver clean, professional-sounding tracks
