**Job Title:** Kajabi Expert Needed — Course Platform Setup, Lead Magnets & Automations

We need an experienced Kajabi specialist to configure and launch **Broken Arrow**, an online education platform for founders, entrepreneurs, consultants, and operators.

### Scope of work
- Configure the free **Streamlined Home** Kajabi theme into a professional, mobile-first, conversion-focused website.
- Build and connect key pages: Home, About, Course Library, Resources/Lead Magnets, Community, Podcast/Content, Contact, Privacy, Terms, and 404.
- Upload and structure **five existing courses** using supplied modules, lessons, handouts, templates, checklists, downloads, and drip schedules.
- Create a clear free-to-paid customer journey, including free access, individual course, monthly membership, and premium-tier offer structures. **Stripe/payment setup is excluded.**
- Build two lead-magnet funnels for A/B testing, including landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages, asset delivery, tags, and email automations.
- Configure welcome, lead-delivery, nurture, course-onboarding, and community email sequences using supplied copy and journey direction.
- Set up the community entry pathway, welcome content, member prompts, and navigation between free and paid experiences.
- Add and test Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking, conversion events, privacy/cookie settings, and approved page scripts.
- Test the full visitor, lead, and student journey across desktop and mobile.
- Provide a concise handover pack: page map, course/offer map, automation/tag map, tracking notes, test results, known limitations, and recorded or live walkthrough.

### Materials ready to supply
- Brand direction: **Build. Sell. Scale.**, including preferred deep navy, white, and emerald/teal visual direction.
- Selected theme, homepage layout, hero copy, feature blocks, founder/About copy, CTAs, SEO title and meta description.
- Professional founder positioning, headshot, feature images, and website content.
- Five course outlines, lesson content, resources, handouts, worksheets, templates, and drip-content direction.
- Lead-magnet concepts and copy: AI/business ROI worksheet and founder-led sales/validation playbook.
- Email, community, SEO, privacy, and tracking requirements.

### Required experience
- Demonstrable experience building polished Kajabi course and membership sites.
- Strong Kajabi expertise across Products, Offers, Pipelines/Landing Pages, Forms, Email Sequences, Automations, Community, and Analytics.
- Proven attention to UX, mobile design, conversion flow, tagging, and QA.
- Ability to work from supplied content and brand direction without unnecessary redesign or copy rewrites.
- Please share 2–3 relevant Kajabi examples, your proposed fixed price, timeline, what is included, and your hourly rate for approved out-of-scope changes.

### Completion criteria
- All five courses and supplied assets are accurately uploaded and accessible.
- Forms, emails, tags, CTAs, downloads, course access, and drip logic are tested end-to-end.
- Site is professional, coherent, responsive, and ready for Stripe/payment connection.
- No critical or high-severity defects at handover.
