K-12 E-Learning Module Development

I’m looking for a senior-level instructional designer worked on storyboarding for US K-12 education segment (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) or K-12 India or Corporate / Vocational Learning Courses

Here’s what I need from you:
• Conduct needs analysis to understand learning objectives, learner profiles, and content requirements
• Design and develop instructional artifacts such as blueprints, outlines, storyboards, assessments, and learning activities
• Apply established instructional design models and pedagogical best practices to create engaging and effective content
• Translate SME inputs into clear, structured, and learner-centric instructional materials

Tools & Platforms
* Support development of e-learning content for LMS platforms
* Use authoring tools, collaboration platforms, and review systems as required by the project
* Assist in testing and validating learning materials prior to final delivery

Experience conducting needs analysis and translating requirements into instructional solutions.
Understanding of assessment design, learning objectives, and instructional alignment.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital content development.
Ability to evaluate instructional content and suggest improvements.
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.

Content Execution & Quality
Develop content in alignment with defined guidelines, templates, and quality standards
Ensure instructional materials are consistent, accurate, and aligned with curriculum goals
Incorporate feedback from Senior IDs, SMEs, and stakeholders to continuously improve learning assets
