JustClip.ai Workflow QA Testing

I need a meticulous QA pass over every public-facing workflow inside JustClip.ai. Start at sign-up, move through onboarding, video creation, editing, exporting, account management, payment, right up to logout, and repeat the same journey on desktop browsers, tablets, and popular phones.

Your goal is twofold:
• Surface any broken feature, crash, or cryptic error message.
• Flag steps that feel confusing or inconsistent.

Please exercise every menu, button, and shortcut exactly as a new user and as a returning subscriber would. Document each issue with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, the device/OS/browser used, and your expected versus actual outcome. A concise severity rating for every defect will help me triage quickly.

Deliverables
1. A bug log in spreadsheet or preferred tracker (one row per issue).
2. A short usability note for each main task highlighting friction points.
3. A final summary of overall stability across desktop and mobile, with your top three recommendations for improvement.
