Junior Product Designer

We are looking for a Junior Product and UI/UX Designer to work closely with the Founder on Zufffy, a product helping local shops get online and manage their digital experiences.

The designer will help design end-to-end product experiences, including onboarding, mobile interfaces, front-end experiences and back-end dashboards.

What we need:

UI/UX and product-design fundamentals
Figma skills
Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces
Wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design
Mobile-first thinking and one-handed usability
Experience creating reusable components/design-system patterns
Ability to explain design decisions clearly and iterate from feedback
Curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows
A strong portfolio demonstrating actual design thinking and execution

Important: This is an in-person role in Chembur, Mumbai (400071) with direct, day-to-day collaboration with the Founder. The working schedule is Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

We especially value designers who are curious about how real local businesses operate and can bring practical observations into product decisions.

Ideal experience: 0–2 years. Strong student, freelance, internship or self-initiated product-design work is welcome. This project is primarily intended to identify a designer for a longer-term working relationship with Zufffy.
