Junior Devs For AI Automation

I am putting together a small bench of five junior software developers—ideally based in India—to help me push several ongoing products forward. The immediate, paid trial is simple: work up to four hours at $3 USD per hour (capped at $12) on a common coding test plus one hands-on feature. I’ll supply only demo data, so nothing you write will touch production during the evaluation.

The core need is AI automation. Two areas sit at the top of my backlog right now:
• Video analysis pipelines (think clip ingestion, frame-level processing, ML inference, results storage)
• Sales automation flows that blend CRM data with GPT/Claude-powered insights

Your toolkit should already include Python, React, JavaScript, API work, CRM integrations and a comfort level with prompt engineering or Claude Code. Clean debugging, unit testing and concise documentation are part of the deliverable.

After the trial I expect to keep the most consistent performers on retainer for part-time work across CRM, scheduling, voice assistants and related modules. If the rate and scope sound fair, send over your weekly availability, a short note on relevant projects and a couple of links or repos that showcase your code quality. All applicants must explicitly confirm acceptance of the trial budget to be considered.
