About the role:

The ideal candidate is creative, personable, loves social media and creators, is highly organized, and deadline-driven, they should be culturally savvy to help take our work to the next level. Reporting to our Associate Director at Whalar, the Client Services Executive is a community-facing role and will serve as the main liaison between creators and the business, leading on talent scouting and casting, briefing, content gatekeeping and reporting across collaborations within the vertical. This person will facilitate the seamless delivery and implementation of brand strategies to the highest standard.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

Creator Sourcing: Source, gather information and demographics, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more. 

Creator Management: build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach, negotiations, onboarding and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling and campaign feedback loops. This may also include managing product logistics for a campaign.

Creative Briefing: Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and lead day-to-day communications for content development.

Content Review & Quality Control: Be the first point for review of all creator content. Check for ASA and IP compliance, alignment with brief and quality of content, and create an efficient feedback loop back to creators.

Content Scheduling & Monitoring: Create a posting schedule and keep it up to date throughout the campaign period. Monitor posts once they are live to ensure accuracy and to flag any negative sentiment the post may be receiving.

Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign success, including updating campaign trackers consistently, timeline management, budget management, data capture and wrap reports.

Act as a cultural pulse of all things creator economy - live and breathe social media, consuming and presenting back trends and new discoveries.

Have 1+ years' experience in project management and/or creator and influencer landscape

Have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills

Be proactive, productive and positive

Have a love for social media and content creators

Culturally in tune, finger on the pulse - new platforms, trends, industry news

Must be a native-level German speaker with fluent professional level English speaking and writing capabilities.
