JOSM Building Split on OSM

I need a quick JOSM edit carried out on OpenStreetMap. A single outline currently represents several attached units; I want each unit mapped as its own building polygon while preserving all existing tags that still apply.

You will receive:
• the exact OSM ID,
• a screenshot that highlights the edit map area,
• written notes on where each division should occur.

All geometry should align cleanly with the imagery layers already available in JOSM, keeping rooflines straight and avoiding slivers or gaps. Once the split is done, upload the change as one tidy changeset and share the changeset link so I can review.

If we work well together, I have more OSM housekeeping tasks in the queue—so treat this as a small paid test run.
