Joondalup Retaining Wall Design

I’m developing two residential lots in Joondalup, WA and need an independent structural engineer to design the retaining walls as a priority. Walls will be between 1 m and 2 m high and must sit entirely within my property boundaries. The current concept involves grout injection near the fence line — I would like an alternative design that does not require any work on neighbouring land and keeps the approved house plans essentially unchanged. Preference is a post-and-panel system, but I’m open to other practical options that meet the same objectives. Required deliverables: • Site-specific retaining wall drawings (PDF and DWG) • Engineering calculations • Structural engineer’s design certification suitable for City of Joondalup building permit • Construction notes and material specifications (including drainage) Additional requirements: • The engineer must be at least on the National Engineering Register (NER), with Chartered (CPEng) preferred. • Payment will be made after council approval, and the freelancer must support me in addressing any council questions or concerns. • Must provide a current Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate.
