Joomla-WordPress Corporate Website Migration

I’m ready to retire my current Joomla site and rebuild it in WordPress so it’s easier to manage and update. The new site should look corporate and professional, reflecting a polished business image rather than a blog or creative portfolio.

Scope of work
• Export all existing content from Joomla and import it into WordPress without data loss.
• Install WordPress on my hosting and set up a fresh, lightweight corporate-style theme (I’m open to your recommended premium or free options).
• Configure a clear Services section that highlights what we offer; keep room for future About Us and Contact pages so they can be added later without redesign.
• Preserve current SEO-relevant URLs where possible, or create proper redirects.
• Optimise basic on-page SEO, load speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Hand over an admin walk-through so I can update text and images on my own.

What I’ll provide
• Full Joomla site access and hosting credentials.
• Logo, brand colours, and any stock images or copy you need.

Deliverable
A fully functional WordPress business website with my existing content, a clean corporate theme, and a working Services page, ready for me to review and launch.
