Job Title: Experienced Cap Embroidery Digitizer Needed – Digitizing + Sew-Out Revisions

I am looking for an experienced embroidery digitizer who specializes in structured caps/hats to professionally digitize my completed Rebel Ranchwear logo.
This is NOT a logo-design or redesign project. The artwork is finished and approved.
I will attach two types of images:
1. MASTER ARTWORK — DIGITIZE FROM THIS FILE ONLY
The standalone transparent Rebel Ranchwear artwork is the only approved logo master. Preserve its design, proportions, RR shape, spacing, typography, colors and overall layout.
2. HAT MOCKUP — REFERENCE ONLY
The hat image is provided only to communicate the desired deep-charcoal hat color, black mesh back, approximate embroidery size and placement.
DO NOT trace, copy, redraw or digitize the logo shown on the hat mockup.
Embroidery application
The finished logo will be directly embroidered onto a structured trucker cap, not made as a patch.
The hat will have:
Deep-charcoal structured front
Black mesh back
Black snapback
No embroidered background fill — the charcoal hat fabric should remain visible through all open areas of the logo.
Approved master design
Please preserve:
Complete, uninterrupted circular outer border
Exact REBEL typography and placement
Exact RANCHWEAR typography and placement
Exact RR shape, proportions, spacing and position
Dark gunmetal RR
Very fine weathered-ivory keyline around the RR
Soft weathered ivory/off-white embroidery — not bright white, beige, tan or yellow cream
Muted deep-red flag elements
Current star placement
Current broken/faded treatment of the red stripes
Open/transparent areas surrounding the elements
The flag elements are intentionally incomplete and distressed. Do not turn them into a complete American flag.
Very small distressed details may be simplified where necessary for clean embroidery at actual hat size, but do not make significant visual changes without asking me first.
Digitizing requirements
This needs to be properly digitized specifically for a structured cap, including appropriate:
Stitch types and directions
Underlay
Density
Pull compensation
Sequencing
Center-out cap embroidery considerations
Small-lettering treatment
Clean registration between the dark RR and very fine ivory keyline
Please do not auto-convert or simply auto-trace the PNG. I am looking for professional manual embroidery digitizing.
Physical sew-out and revisions
I will have the test embroidery stitched locally on an actual hat.
After the first sew-out, I will send you clear photographs and feedback. Your bid should include 2–3 revision rounds based on the physical sew-out so we can correct registration, lettering, density, pull, small details or other embroidery issues if necessary.
I am not asking you to manufacture or ship the sample hat. I only need the digitizing and subsequent file revisions.
Final deliverables
Please provide:
Production-ready DST
Your native/editable embroidery source file, if available
High-resolution stitch simulation/proof
Final embroidery dimensions
Final stitch count
Thread/color information
Revised production files after the agreed sew-out revisions
I would like to approve a digital stitch simulation/proof before I have the first local sample sewn.
When bidding, please tell me:
