Job Title:Project Manager (Remote)

Overview:
We are looking for a capable and organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. This role requires someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress,identifyrisks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed tomaintainproject momentum.
Prepare andmaintainproject documentation such as project plans, status reports, change requests, and post-project evaluations.
Lead regular project meetings,providingupdates,gatheringfeedback, andensuringclear communication across all stakeholders.
Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards andcomply withclient or organizational requirements.
Support process improvements byidentifyinginefficiencies and recommending enhancements to project workflows.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
Experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) is an advantage but notrequired.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
