Japanese Localization Interpretation Support

I’m coordinating a multi-phase localization project and need seasoned Japanese↔English interpreters to work alongside our internal team. The work will include real-time interpreting during stakeholder meetings as well as sight-translation of reference materials so that every nuance carries over faithfully for our linguists and engineers.

Because the exact content mix is still being finalized, I’ll share domain details (web, docs, or software strings) once we connect. For now, please let me know:

• The settings in which you’ve interpreted before (on-site, remote, technical demos, etc.)
• Any CAT tools or collaboration platforms you’re comfortable with (MemoQ, Trados, Zoom interpretation, Google Meet)
• Your general availability for the next eight weeks

Deliverables will be clean, context-rich interpreter notes or real-time interpretation during scheduled sessions, with a short debrief after each call so our localization team can update term bases immediately.
