I want a clean, modern website that positions my IT services firm as a trusted knowledge hub. The single most important objective is to give visitors clear, well-organised information and resources that help them understand our expertise before they ever pick up the phone.
Here is what I need:
• A polished, responsive layout that highlights our core services while guiding users straight to a dedicated Resources area (think white papers, FAQs, case studies or similar assets I can upload myself).
• Smooth, intuitive navigation with consistent styling and fast load times on desktop and mobile.
• A CMS backend—WordPress, Webflow, or another mainstream platform—that lets my team add new pages, articles and downloadable files without touching code.
• Basic on-page SEO (proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, alt text) so these resources are easy to find.
• Security best practices in place from day one, including SSL and hardened admin access.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive pages tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
2. Google PageSpeed score in the green zone for both mobile and desktop.
3. Clear documentation (or a short screen-share walkthrough) showing how to update content and add new resource items.
Once the design is approved, I’ll supply all service copy and any downloadable assets. If you’ve built similar info-rich sites for tech companies, please share links so I can see your approach to structuring content.
