I am looking to hire a skilled Business Development Executive / IT Sales & Lead Generation Specialist for my company.

Job Description:-

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who can help our company acquire new clients and bring software development and website design projects.

Responsibilities:-
- Find potential clients who need website design, web development, mobile app development, or custom software solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email outreach, and other online channels.
- Contact businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs to identify their software development needs.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and arrange meetings.
- Help prepare proposals, discuss project budgets, and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.

Required Skills:-
- Experience in IT sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of website development, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to find genuine clients and generate quality project opportunities.

Payment:-
We are open to discussing a suitable payment model, including a fixed payment, commission per successful project, or a combination of both.
