We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within LATAM. Shall be working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen.
Requirements:

Experience working for Nearshoring firms in LATAM (3+ years) as a Tech Recruiter.

Strong Communication skills.

Profiling/Resume writing.

Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles.

Advanced English skills (C1).

Nice to have:
Account Management/ Social Media Management / Client relationship.
