Isometric Weldmapping & Spool BOQ

I have a set of oil-pipeline isometric drawings in PDF that need to be fully weld-mapped and auto-spooled. From each sheet I must be able to pull a complete Material Take-Off, exact cut lengths, joint details, and a spool-wise BOQ that I can forward directly to procurement and fabrication.

The workflow you propose is important to me, so please outline in your proposal how you intend to import the PDFs, generate intelligent weld numbers, split the line into logical spools, and export the data. Mention the software you will rely on—whether that is Spoolgen, Autospool along with any custom scripts or macros you plan to use.

Deliverables
• Clean weld-mapped isometric PDFs (showing weld numbers and spool number)
• Native files from your chosen platform
• Excel or CSV reports for:
 - MTO (all items with specs and quantities)
 - Cut length table
 - Joint number with weld IDs and joint types ,size
 - Spool-wise BOQ summarizing material per spool

Acceptance criteria: quantities must reconcile with the original isometric bill blocks, spool breaks must respect field weld logic, and all tables must align line-by-line with the annotated PDFs.
