ISO 27001 Certification Partner Needed

I am kicking off our journey toward ISO 27001:2022 certification in India and need a specialist who can take full ownership of the process. We are starting from zero and do not have an internal compliance team, so I expect you to handle everything from initial gap analysis right through to the final audit and the delivery of the certificate from an accredited body.

What this looks like in practice: you will map our current environment, design and document the entire Information Security Management System, conduct risk assessments, draft policies and procedures, deliver staff awareness training, perform internal audits, and liaise with the external certifier until we receive the official certificate. Regular progress reports, a clear project timeline, and transparent communication are essential.

Deliverables will include:
• Complete ISMS documentation set (policies, SOPs, risk register, Statement of Applicability)
• Evidence of training and internal audits
• Corrective-action closure report
• Support during Stage 1 and Stage 2 external audits
• Final ISO 27001:2022 certificate issued by an accredited Indian certification body

If you rely on specific GRC platforms, risk-assessment tools, or proven ISO 27001 toolkits, please mention them along with your proposed schedule. The engagement ends only when the certificate is in hand and all associated documentation is formally handed over.
