Island County Pressure Septic Design

I’m ready to move from site registration to a full, permit-ready septic design for our property in Island County, Washington. The system must be a pressure distribution setup. So far I have current site plans and the health department’s registration paperwork; soil logs show a sandy/loamy profile.

What I need from you: a complete engineered package that satisfies Island County Health Department requirements—tank sizing, pump and alarm specs, lateral layout with dosing calculations, reserve area, construction notes, and an O&M plan. Final drawings should be delivered in both CAD and PDF, stamped for Washington State if you’re licensed here (or coordinated with a local PE for stamping).
