I’m building a cross-platform social networking app and need a React Native developer who is equally comfortable crafting the companion Node.js backend. The first release centres entirely on real-time messaging, so everything you create should be optimised for quick, reliable exchange of:

• Text chat
• Voice messages
• Video calls

You’ll wire up the mobile UI in React Native, handle state management, notifications and media capture, then connect it to a Node.js server (WebSocket or similar) that you configure for secure, scalable delivery. Although user profiles or a news feed may come later, for now the focus is a smooth chat experience that feels instantaneous, works on both iOS and Android, and is ready to grow.

Deliverables will include the full React Native source, documented Node.js API, and clear setup instructions so I can run everything locally and deploy to the cloud.
