IP CCTV Live Monitoring Setup

I have an IP-based camera network in place and now need a specialist to turn those feeds into a seamless, real-time monitoring solution that runs through dedicated software on a workstation. Your focus will be to:

• discover and integrate all existing IP cameras (ONVIF/RTSP compliant) into the chosen software
• optimise the stream settings so the live view remains smooth even when bandwidth fluctuates
• configure user accounts and permissions so only authorised staff can view or control the cameras
• set up layouts, camera groups, and basic alert rules (motion, loss of signal) within the application
• document the final configuration so I can expand or troubleshoot the system later

I am open to products such as Milestone XProtect, Blue Iris, or similar professional suites as long as they support multi-camera live viewing, low-latency playback, and straightforward licensing. If you prefer another platform, tell me why it fits better before we proceed.
