I’m building an iOS-only app that lets users upload a few photos of themselves and instantly receive a short 3D cartoon video where the same character stays perfectly consistent from start to finish. The workflow I have in mind is:
• User opens the app, chooses “Upload Photos,” selects 3–5 images from the camera roll, and confirms.
• Your AI pipeline analyses those images, builds a single, reusable 3D avatar, and renders a short animated clip (10–20 s) without losing likeness or outfit details between shots.
• When the preview is ready, the user can watch it, choose to regenerate, or purchase the full-resolution export.
• A payment screen (Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase—whichever is faster to certify) unlocks the downloadable HD file once the transaction succeeds.
