The task is straightforward: open each invoice, locate the Total Amount field, and key that figure into a spreadsheet or database of your choice. Once the amounts are captured, please group the entries in a consistent, easy-to-filter way so I can quickly sort and analyse them later.

Accuracy is critical—totals must match the source document exactly—so double-checking before delivery is expected.
